How do I make a reservation?

You can do it a couple of ways. The recommended method is on our website by selecting the “Book Now” button. That will provide you with pricing, vehicle availability and allow you to reserve your ride. You can also call us and we’d be happy to help you over the phone.

Where do I meet my Chauffeur?

Upon landing at Salt Lake City International Airport you will receive a text message that allows you to communicate seamlessly with your Chauffeur with instructions on where to meet.

Is there an additional charge for a stop along the way?

To ensure we can plan accordingly, please let us know in advance if you would like to make a stop along the way when making your reservation. If you do not request a stop in advance, we will try to accommodate your request based on upcoming scheduled rides for the Concierge. However, please note that there is an additional charge of $15 per stop. If your stop exceeds 10 minutes, you will also be charged a wait time fee based on the hourly rate of the vehicle category.

If you need to make multiple stops that are nearby, our Chauffeur may be able to consolidate them into one stop to save you additional charges.

What if my flight is delayed or arrives earlier than expected?

To ensure that we are aware of any changes to your flight status, kindly provide us with your arriving airline and flight number when placing your reservation. Our state-of-the-art Reservation System will track your flight and automatically notify the Concierge of any updates.
